In case you missed it, last week we shipped two new no-code features that makes getting started with RateHighly even easier: * Link campaigns * BCC campaigns These new campaigns enable you to gather reviews from your users automatically, and without writing any code. Link campaigns: 1. Users can be asked for a rating via email, in-app, or in a customer support chat – anywhere you can share a link. 2. You can pre-fill user details to make it a one-click experience for them. 3. After users rate highly, we'll ask them for a testimonial and kick off a review request sequence. BCC Email campaigns: 1. Trigger a sequence by adding a RateHighly email address as a BCC recipient to any email 2. We'll automatically follow up with your user to request a review With both campaigns you can reach all of your customers, even if they don't log in to your service frequently, and with no coding required you can get started in minutes. We just launched a new no-code feature: Add a RateHighly email address as a BCC recipient to any email to trigger a review request sequence. https://lnkd.in/eVvRkUy8 It's a super powerful feature, since you can just add a BCC email address to any transactional emails you're already sending (e.g. receipts, your report is ready, etc.) and we'll automatically follow up with the client to turn them into an advocate.
