Affordable - that's exactly what we wanted to create from this essential - and legally required course. Sourcing agents must complete Data Protection & AML training each year, and have a provable certificate to show - which is why we wanted to make it: - Easy to access (fully online with video tutorials) - Time efficient (complete in just 4 hours) - Affordable (just £95 p/p each year) https://lnkd.in/dXubutzv #propertysourcer #propertysourcingcompliance #propertysourcingcompliancetips #propertysourcingcompliancetraining

We often rely on social media to attract new leads, but have you considered other methods to use in addition to your social media push? Having a range of platforms and methods to build brand awareness and attract investors is key - you shouldn't just rely on one of two. How often do you research a business before you invest in a product or service (their website, social media channels, review site, in store shop)? Tina has provided some tips on how to get yourself out there... https://lnkd.in/eaWdTSdB #propertysourcer #propertysourcingcompliance #propertysourcingcompliancetips #propertysourcingcompliancetraining

Compliance can often be seen as a time burden or extra unnecessary 'red tape' cost when setting up your sourcing business. What isn't spoken about enough is how 'compliance' i.e. business processes can help organise you and keep you safe. Compliant businesses are far more organised, efficient and knowledgeable of the sector we operate in. They have protections in place should an investor complain (although this is far less likely to happen!), they have solid contacts and terms in place, and they get paid on time. Without compliance, you risk so much more - not just from complaints and fines, but from actually getting paid by your investor. Is it really worth the risk? If you're unsure of what you need, we've created a short compliance calculator you can complete to get answers. On the other side, we'll share bonus tips + access to something we think you'll like! https://lnkd.in/eYAD2PPi #propertysourcer #propertysourcingcompliance #propertysourcingcompliancetips #propertysourcingcompliancetraining

How do you talk to an investor if you've never completed a deal before? Will they see straight through you and move to the next sourcer who has completed 10 deals this year alone? Not if you're prepared... Investors are in this to build trusting and safe relationships. Get your knowledge and language right, and it won't matter whether you have any 'deal' experience as you can win them over with the knowledge and experience you do have. Why is it necessary for sourcing agents to complete training each year? Well, things change. The way we work with data is changing more rapidly each year - think AI, for example. People will always find new ways to hack the system...which brings us on to money laundering. HMRC's interpretation of guidance and law does change. You need to be in the know when it does.
