Debugging Flows can be tricky, especially when multiple Flows interact with the same record. Audicity’s all-the-time transaction tracking makes it easier to pinpoint issues, recover data, and maintain better control. Watch the demo (article here: https://lnkd.in/dJyc42ft) and discover how Audicity transforms field history tracking with millisecond precision, transaction tracing, and comprehensive change logs—even for long text fields and multi-select picklist. I'm super excited to be speaking about Business Process Mining at French Touch Dreamin' next week! What is Business Process Mining? The way I describe it is that if you have enough data about how a system is used, you can learn the real business process the users are following. Today, Business Process Mining is a $1.3B industry, but as of yet has barely touched the world of Salesforce. Come get introduced to Business Process Mining with myself and Girish Lakshmanan. We'll give you the basics, talk about the challenges that have led to no adoption among Salesforce customers to date, and why we think now is the time to overcome that problem. #FTD24 #BusinessProcessMining

Here at Processity, we love to share little bits of engineering! This one is for the #SalesforceDevelopers out there. Our CTO Aidan Harding explores efficient record grouping with Multi-Maps — an elegant solution to store and manage lists of records in Maps, leveraging clean object-oriented principles in under 60 lines. Perfect for those looking to simplify code and streamline data handling in Salesforce. Last cool tip for today — you can get the full source code for MultiMap on GitHub as a Gist: https://lnkd.in/dSd-d_kj. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dWCBGXNg #Apex #ObjectOrientedProgramming #SalesforceTips #RecordGrouping

Monday just got better: the Processity blog is officially LIVE! 🎉 Our first article written by Peter Chittum dives into a powerful tool for Salesforce users built by us: Audicity. 🔍 What is Audicity? Audicity is all about total data history. In an era where data transparency and accountability are essential, Audicity ensures your Salesforce data is fully tracked, easily accessible, and always audit-ready. 💡 Why it matters: Salesforce orgs face increasing demands to maintain historical data for compliance, analytics, and operational clarity. Whether you're dealing with complex data requirements or simply want to future-proof your Salesforce setup, this article breaks down why Audicity might be the solution you've been looking for. Discover how Audicity can help your Salesforce org and find out what’s just around the corner with Processity ⬇️ 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dzeuEfVk #Salesforce #DataHistory #DataManagement #Compliance #Processity #Audicity #SalesforceAdmins #DataIntegrity #AuditTrail #BusinessData #BlogSeries

Hey folks. If you'd like to learn more about Processity, one of the products I'm doing some work with, hop on this Supermums demo jam in about 45 minutes. First time demoing in a demo jam. Sure hope I don't do a rubbish job. My typical demo style is more of the exploratory and playful style. No room for that tonight. Demo jams are serious business: 3 minutes and not a second more. No time to meander...it's got to be direct and to the point. Wish me luck!
REMINDER: Are you joining us @ 8pm BST / 12pm PT today for #Supermums #DemoJam for a fast and fun way to learn more about the latest AI tools from #Salesforce partners? We've got 100+ people signed up and ready to vote for their favourite. What is the shape of a Salesforce transaction? I've seen many examples of exhaustive diagrams of how Salesforce transactions are architected. But what does *that* transaction look like? That transaction that is slow, or unpredictably and intermittently fails, and refuses to reappear once you turn on Apex logging. I've been playing with Audicity, a new app from Processity that uses observability and instrumentation to record transaction telemetry. It also can record data history for as many fields and objects as you want, although this may require some off platform storage. Audicity requires some supplemental instrumentation code to be added to Apex and optionally Flow. So there's a little bit of work to get it working. But if you have a gnarly transaction you want to get to the bottom of, fire up a Sandbox and give it a try. https://lnkd.in/eqyntQSt I've even created a tutorial where you can give it a try in a DE org or Sandbox. Developers and Admins who are comfortable copy/pasting code shouldn't have a problem with the tutorial. https://lnkd.in/ez-yHqSD We'd love to see folks share their visualized transactions if you get Audicity working.

I believe ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive in the #AI-powered future is crucial. That’s why I’m thrilled that our Salesforce AI Centre in London recently hosted a Supermums workshop, in partnership with our Women in Solution Excellence (WISE) team. This event provided 60+ women with hands-on training in Salesforce #Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Flow, and AI skills – empowering them to bridge the digital #SkillsGap in the #UK and embrace the future of technology. Events like these are just the beginning! The Salesforce AI Centre is committed to delivering ongoing sessions to address the UK's AI skills gap. These intensive workshops will empower developers from all backgrounds to build cutting-edge AI applications. A big shout-out to our WISE team for helping to organise this phenomenal event. WISE provides a supportive space for #WomenInTech to network, learn and grow. Their dedication to fostering diversity and equality in the workplace is truly inspiring. A special thanks to our event sponsors, RocketPhone.ai, CUBE84, and Processity, for their generous support in providing catering and facilitating a successful networking session after the workshop. Together, by investing in skills development and fostering inclusive communities, we can ensure everyone has the tools and confidence to thrive in the digital age. In just one week, the Bristol Salesforce Developers group will be meeting to eat, drink, and talk about dev stuff! It's at 6pm on 26 September. Desynit Limited are hosting, and there are two great topics to hear about. First up, Dorian Sutton and Will from Desynit will talk about Mulesoft, its tools, and the recent work they have been doing with it. Then, I'll be talking about an Apex performance testing framework that we made at Processity (kudos to Anmol Kumar for making that framework so great). Come and join us if you can! https://lnkd.in/d3psEQ-v #salesforcedevelopers
