Lots to think about when starting a business ... Is CULTURE No.1? Is that the backbone to allow your company to grow in the way you'd like it to? We've had to rebuild culture in a handful of companies, it's a difficult task but the impact the correct culture can have is exponential! A lot of Change Management expertise required (our qualification helps us!) throughout such a project. We've also, throughout our careers, been part of companies where the culture doesn't embody what that company stands for or what that company wants to achieve. It's a huge misalignment and inevitably causes multiple issues both in the day-to-day running and future of that business. Those days were so tough! In short (albeit maybe too many words above 🤣) ... Professionally - Things are looking super bright. Personally - Things have been somewhat challenging for us. A re-focus on health was needed. From the last few months' experience and adjusting a few things to focus on Personal over Professional. I couldn't agree with the below more. Advice - Health is number 1, not for just Yourself but all those close around you too.
