From internal training sessions to staying ahead of industry trends, we’re committed to embodying true consultancy to our clients - Grew our team by 21 new hires, bringing fresh expertise and perspectives into Plexus - Celebrated 10+ internal promotions, recognising and retaining talent that clients can count on for consistent, top-tier service - Raised over £5k for charity, because we believe in making a positive impact beyond recruitment - And we’re on track for our best financial year yet—proof that we’re doing something right! But what matters most isn’t just what we’ve accomplished—it’s how this impacts our clients. 🚀 Upskilling our team: We hired a new Head of Learning and Development to build out training programmes that will upskill our consultants, develop future leaders, and ensure we remain the go-to experts in Web3 recruitment. 📚 Crypto expertise at our core: We’ve made it our mission to learn and grow alongside the Web3 space.
