Phraktion is a community of experts working together in life sciences, exchanging knowledge and skills. Since we set up the network in 2023, we now have over 860 registered members. Members who are both employed by pharma, or provide services to pharma. We love both groups as our community is all about solving problems and helping advance pharma for patients. Our aim is to try and change the way pharma works, by providing a new flexible and fractional way to engage expertise and solve problems. Sometimes that involves sharing knowledge and experience, sometimes that involves getting stuck in and helping get the job done. Her career spans study design, implementation, and analysis, with particular depth in public health communications and research. This background, combined with her dedication to patient advocacy, aligns perfectly with the organization's mission. In her leadership role, Pam focuses on expanding RPV's reach to ensure all patients and caregivers can share their experiences and influence their respective disease communities. She oversees client services, business development, patient outreach, panel management, and marketing initiatives. Pam holds a BA in Psychology from Sweet Briar College and an MA in Psychology from the New School for Social Research. Her commitment to research extends beyond her professional work - she serves as Past-President of the Board of Directors and Scientific Advisory Council Lead for the Horses and Humans Research Foundation.
