74 Stoke-on-Trent social homes upgraded with energy-efficient measures via Pagabo. 🏡 Lovell Partnerships Ltd were appointed through the Medium Works Framework, which is hosted by The Education Alliance and managed by Pagabo, to provide the upgrades funded by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) – now renamed the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund. 🔹 Upgrades include: Wall insulation, energy-efficient windows, and repairs. 🔹 Resident-focused delivery: Benefits include lower bills and better air quality. 🔹 Sustainable impact: 99.6% waste diverted from landfill. Transforming Transport in Colchester 🚧 Pagabo is proud to have enabled the award of the Clingoe Hill Rapid Transit Scheme through the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Framework, which is hosted by QE Facilities Ltd and managed by Pagabo. Led by Milestone Infrastructure (part of M Group Services' Transport Division) for Essex County Council, this project will enhance public transport, walking and cycling facilities, and implement vital environmental protections.
