ONE’s clients enjoy one point of contact with access to a full design team, often saving them time, resources and money. Our highly skilled inhouse team of: masterplanners, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, structural engineers, civil engineers, building services engineers and digital estates professionals all work together at the forefront of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies. With inhouse Passive House designers and Low Carbon Consultants, we provide creative and sustainable solutions to help clients’ Net Zero journeys. With offices in Worcester (HQ), Birmingham, Cardiff and London we work across the UK and overseas. ONE’s award-winning team designs high-quality, innovative and inspiring environments across all sectors. Our healthcare architects and engineers have designed £600m of healthcare projects in the last decade alone, winning awards e.g. IHEEM Healthcare Estates’ Architectural Practice of the Year and IStructE Healthcare Structure of the Year. As commercial architects, we have a fantastic portfolio across leisure, hotel design, office design, industrial, retail and other commercial design projects. Our residential projects range from affordable housing to luxury, bespoke homes and our education architects’ extensive experience includes fantastic school designs, as well as early years projects through to university design. ONE’s award-winning engineering team work on highly challenging commissions, making them viable by de-risking them from the ground up with innovative, compliant and sustainable solutions. Our inhouse BIM & Digital estates teams maximise the potential of BIM technology to benefit clients and our skilled inhouse landscape architects provide a landscape-led approach to masterplanning, enhancing green spaces including public realm, and improving biodiversity. ONE has supported The Salvation Army's Christmas Present Appeal for many years now and we are delighted to have once again donated around £1000 of toys and gifts. This year we have provided gifts for teenage girls and boys, which was the age group that the Salvation Army had highlighted that they were in particular need of donations for. Purchases were made locally to ONE’s HQ. Thank you to the shops who helped ensure that our donation was maximised to support as many families as possible this Christmas. ONE is proud to support Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Today we had our first collection from our donation station. Over the last few months, members of ONE have been bringing in their pre-loved goods to donate. We have managed to pull together a grand total of 24 bags so far for this fantastic charity. ONE’s team have once again been taking part in Movember this year, to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. Each year the team raises awareness of four major men’s health issues: the fight against testicular and prostate cancers as well as supporting mental health and suicide prevention.
