Thank you to our Volunteers in 2024! 2024 has been a great year for volunteering. In January, we launched our new Tech Buddy role, which has been a great success and allowed us to support many clients with ongoing technology training sessions. Throughout the year, thanks to our volunteers generously giving their time, we have continued to expand our befriending partnerships, provided a valuable counselling service, held various fundraising events and hosted our friendly social groups. Thank you to everyone who has given their time to volunteer with us this past year, your kindness and dedication allows us to continue supporting those with sight loss across Oxfordshire, making a real difference to people’s lives. Thank you again for helping support us and for creating a great 2024! To find out more about our volunteering opportunities, visit our website here: https://lnkd.in/eYPbHHYp

We've been filled with festive cheer this past month, hosting and supporting numerous Christmas lunches for our social groups! It's been wonderful to see so many people come together to celebrate the season, connect with others, and enjoy some delicious food. These gatherings are a vital part of our mission to foster community and combat social isolation, especially during the holidays. We believe everyone deserves to feel connected and supported.
