Join the MBG Founding Team We are on a mission to connect global consumers with authentic Black-owned brands, and we’re looking for visionary individuals to join us as founding team members. We’re at an exciting early stage, building MBG as a platform to redefine how Black-owned businesses are discovered, celebrated, and supported. We’re seeking team members who: Share the Vision: You believe in creating opportunities for Black-owned businesses and want to be part of building generational wealth and representation. Bring a Specific Skillset: Whether you’re skilled in web development, content creation, social media strategy, marketing, project management, or business development, there’s room for your expertise. Are Collaborative Builders: You’re excited about contributing your ideas, working as part of a dynamic team, and growing with MBG. Understand Startup Hustle: While we’re not offering financial compensation at this stage, we’re committed to fair recognition through equity or profit-sharing agreements as MBG grows. We’re seeking like-minded people who have skills, experience, or enthusiasm for any of the following areas: Marketing & Content Creation: Bring MBG’s message to the world with impactful campaigns and build pre-launch excitement through innovative digital outreach. Help craft compelling stories, manage content for the MBG blog and social media, and create engaging campaigns that connect us with our audience. Social Media Management: Manage interactions with our audience and featured businesses, building a loyal MBG community that thrives on participation and feedback. Business Development & Partnerships: Help us forge meaningful collaborations with businesses, influencers, and organisations. Website Development & Maintenance: Ensure MBG’s digital presence remains user-friendly, engaging, and innovative. Research & Data Analysis: Assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and businesses to feature on MBG. Graphic Design & Branding: Shape MBG’s visual identity and craft stunning visuals for the platform and campaigns. Why Join Us? Be part of a mission to empower Black-owned businesses globally.
