Own these relationships and make recommendations for future collaborations. ✅ Shopper Marketing: Deliver impactful shopper marketing campaigns in partnership with our customers' suppliers and creative agencies. ✅ Packaging Artwork: Oversee the design and approval of packaging projects, ensuring all assets are ready for launch. ✅ Social Media: Lead our social media strategy, working closely with our agency to deliver engaging content and improve our always-on presence. ✅ Budget Management: Track and manage the marketing budget, handle procurement processes, and resolve supplier payment queries. ✅ Administrative Support: From managing branded merchandise stock levels to representing Mission Foods at events, you’ll keep the department running smoothly. About You: We’re looking for someone with: 🎓 Education & Experience: ✅ Degree-level education or relevant work experience (preferably in Marketing, Digital/E-Commerce or Business/Management Studies). ✅ Minimum 1-year FMCG marketing experience (including gap year placements). 💡 Skills & Qualities: ✅ UK Retail FMCG food & drink background. ✅ Strong IT proficiency (Windows, MS Office). ✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ✅ A passion for brand building and consumer engagement. ✅ Resourcefulness and resilience to take initiative and manage setbacks. ✅ Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize. ✅ A collaborative team spirit.
