About us

MindLode is a survey-based framework that helps organizations understand how their people feel and why they feel that way. By understanding employees' feelings, companies can make smarter hiring, development, and performance management decisions. How does it work? Everything people think, do, and say is governed by seven core feelings: Excited, Fulfilled, Proud, Valuable, Rewarded, Safe, and Contented. The MindLode framework measures people on each of these feelings across both positive and negative dimensions.
