Here are three simple ways to support your team this December: • Encourage balance – With the pressures of the festive season, employees may feel stretched between work and personal commitments. Support flexible working arrangements where possible, and encourage your team to set clear boundaries between work and personal time, ensuring they know when it’s okay to switch off and rest. • Promote your wellbeing resources – Remind your employees about the support available to them and encourage people to reach out for help. • Thank your team – Take the time to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work of your employees. Even a small gesture, like a personal thank you, can go a long way.
