The final days of 2024 are full of fireside chats with warm mugs and good company. But before we say goodbye to this year for good, our CEO Mark Rowland found time for one final meeting with a very special decision maker. 🎅 While not even Santa can help our dream of a mentally healthier country magically come true overnight, thanks to the the hard work of our staff and campaigners, and the incredible support you all give us, we’re one year closer to our goal. We can promise you one thing though – we’ll be keeping up that fight throughout 2025. Wishing you all the best for the holidays, however you’re celebrating, the Mental Health Foundation. 💜

The challenge of balancing your finances with the holidays can be stressful or cause anxiety. This can worsen the stresses that some of us feel every day about our bills. And it can feel like everywhere we look, there’s a reminder or an expectation to spend. Read our new blog on financial distress and anxiety during the holidays: https://bit.ly/4fQreUx
