Project Complete! Following a successful dilapidations negotiation at Century Buildings, Brunswick Business Park, Liverpool, by Mason Partners LLP Building Surveying team. Matthew Jackson was further appointed to act as Contract Administrator and deliver a newly refurbished office suite. The project was delivered on time and included works to the heating system to improve the EPC rating to keep the client ahead of the upcoming MEES Regulation changes. I'm pleased to announce that the Ramseys have sold Hanover House, the final piece of the jigsaw, exiting 50% ahead of the 2022 probate valuation. Following the CV19 period and my Father's illness, we took on a foreclosing bank, ran a failing serviced office business, sold where we could, and lined up a U.S hotelier as part of a repurposing strategy. Time in fact ran out for us to maximise our position, but we still have our shirts, and were pleased to sell to JSM, who proved to be an honourable and straight forward buyer. A special thanks to all those who helped us close off the Estate, especially Lee Quinn of Mason & Partners who had to put up with me! I am now keen to enter a new chapter - if you are aware of anyone wishing to expand, please bear me in mind for any senior client side roles.

Another new Superdrug store for 2024 launched today, this time in Derbion Shopping Centre, Derby. The latest addition to our new stores and SUPERDRUG STORES PLC family sees the relocation of our former store into more than double the size in prime pitch. A tricky project involving the relocation of our pharmacy but executed perfectly by our teams led by Gordon Brooks & Sue Gibson, Thanks to Anna Larbi of Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP and Mathew Green of Mason Partners LLP for securing this site and also Michael Boundy for his help in getting this deal done.
