Marriott Harrison has advised leading European venture capital fund and longstanding client, redalpine, on its #Series B investment into 9fin, the first generative #AI-driven tool for credit markets.    9fin leverages AI to provide faster and easier access to high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, distressed debt, CLOs, private credit, and asset-backed finance intelligence. The platform oversees €16 trillion in Assets Under Management.    The Marriott Harrison team was led by corporate partner, Fran Spooner, working alongside corporate senior associate, Bradley Heath. The team were delighted to support redalpine again on this investment.  #AI #investment #longstandingclient

Marriott Harrison’s team, led by partner Fran Spooner and assisted by Iona Jones, was delighted to advise Heim, the innovative software platform powering at-home healthcare, on its #seed funding round led by Heal Capital with participation from Form Ventures, Portfolio Ventures and Houghton Street Ventures.  Heim’s Application Programming Interface (API)-led platform partners with healthcare organisations to manage the end-to-end delivery of their at-home appointments, connecting patients with mobile healthcare professionals at the click of a button.  The funds will enable Heim to further develop its technology and support a wider range of healthcare services, including expanding its work with the NHS. Partner David Baverstock has advised Astra Holding Group on its first funding round and subsequent acquisition of specialist industrial door firm Interdoor UK.    Astra Holdings is a great example of the new wave of Enterprise Through Acquisition (ETA) firms. As Astra has identified, ETA brings many benefits to potential business owners, not least of all by offering an answer to succession issues which many smaller businesses face. David Baverstock was supported by senior associate, Joshua Hartle, and associates Ciara Duggan and James Stocker.
