Ready for a cold snap? Our integrated claims management system certainly is 🌨️ By predicting dry dates for Revival claims, we can line up the MA Assist reinstatement contractor before the property is dry so that they can plan the repairs, order materials, and work with the Revival branch for a smooth handover. We can also predict when MA Assist contractors can start work, which helps us manage claims and customer expectations. All of this reduces friction and claims durations. In fact, the average number of days between the end of the drying regime and the start of reinstatement works has fallen from over 100 days in 2022 to less than 20 days since March and April 2024. Our October Making a Difference (MAD) award goes to… Caitlyn Murray 🏆 Making a difference is exactly what she did! Caitlyn took on two additional projects on top of her normal workload and excelled in them both. 1️⃣ Reviewed 750 work orders in a very short timeframe to check their eligibility for invoicing, ensuring the claims were updated and corrected where necessary for efficient processing. 2️⃣ Reviewed and audited 41 historical files to ensure invoicing had been correctly carried out for suppliers and clients. Caitlyn’s efficiency and communication throughout these projects and her day-to-day responsibilities was second-to-none – a well deserved MAD winner 👏 #award #MAD #claims
