🎉 Approval Success for Green Belt development! 🎉 This week, we’re thrilled to announce a planning approval for a garage-to-dwelling conversion! 🏡 This finalises the last stage of the strategic advice as we have been working on the site for a couple of years. Securing this approval required a creative, strategic approach due to the site’s location within the Green Belt. Originally there were no buildings on the site and this is not an infill plot! Our approach was two-fold: 1. Lawful Development Certificate: For proposed building. 2. Conversion Application: With that in place, we moved forward with a conversion application to create a dwelling, including a single-story side extension to maximize space and functionality.
