🚀 Just built my first AI agent at #AgentForceTour, and wow - what an experience! I had loads of questions about how AgentForce tackles problem domains and, of course, the big one—security. Would it go rogue? Could it stay compliant? It was a little bit mind-blowing demo, I'm seriously impressed. In just 10 minutes, I had an agent built, suggesting solutions and answering questions with speed and precision. And it’s not just fast—the accuracy was on point, pulling from structured and unstructured data across Salesforce and beyond. The potential for this tech to transform first-line support is huge, offering way more than your average chatbot, as it's grounded in your organisation's data. But my big takeaway was getting that more structured and unstructured data into Salesforce to help the agent be even better. I'm going to play more with it over the next couple of weeks but interested in what you think!? This is just the beginning.
