  • We are honoured to be Proud Sponsors of Willowbrook Hospice's Light Up a Life Celebration 💛 This is a cause that holds a special place in our hearts.... Many of you will remember our former Managing Director, Mark Wealleans, who sadly passed away at Willowbrook in 2017. Mark was a devoted dad, husband, and a friend to all, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire us. He is still greatly missed, and this event gives us a meaningful way to honour his memory. This year, we are once again proud to sponser Willowbrook as they prepare for the Light Up a Life ceremony on the 14th of December. We are truly grateful to be part of this beautiful tradition, helping Willowbrook continue their incredible work within the community. #WillowbrookHospice #LightUpALife #InLovingMemory #CommunitySupport

  • Most traditional manufacturing follows a “take, make, dispose” model – where resources are used once and then tossed away. 🚮 But in certain industries, there’s a smarter, more sustainable way. For us in the rubber industry, it’s the rubber circular economy. The circular economy is about keeping materials in use for longer, reducing waste, and reimagining how we use and reuse rubber products. Here’s how it works: 👇 🔎 Sustainable Sourcing: Using renewable natural rubber and exploring innovative bio-based alternatives. 🛠️ Product Design: Creating durable, repairable products that are built to last and be reused. ♻️ Recycling and Repurposing: Instead of sending old rubber products like tyres to landfills, they’re broken down and reworked into new items – from playground surfaces to new rubber goods. By embracing this circular model, the rubber industry is cutting waste, conserving resources, and lowering production costs – all while helping the planet. The circular economy isn’t just the future – it’s happening right now! 🙌 #RubberIndustry #CircularEconomy #WasteReduction #Recycling

  • In the autoclave, the curing time for rubber can vary. The standard is around 20 minutes for most profiles, depending on the type of product we’re crafting. ⏳ The key to success in this stage is getting the balance of temperature, pressure, and time just right for each unique project. During curing, the rubber undergoes a major transformation, emerging with properties that are perfectly suited for its final application! 💪 #RubberCuring #RubberManufacturing #BespokeSolutions #UKRubber
