Another sponsor licence successfully defended and reinstated
Alhamdulillah Another Successful Reinstatement of Sponsorship Licence SSHD has granted an exceptional reinstatement of my client's sponsorship license following a challenging journey. When my client's license was suspended due to various issues, including allegations of genuine vacancies and breaches of sponsorship duties, they sought my assistance. I provided them with an action plan and made representations. Although the SSHD initially narrowed down the issues but ultimately revoked the license. As soon as the Pre-Action Protocol letter setting out the basis for a Judicial Review claim was served, the SSHD duly acknowledged my submissions and supplementary materials. The SSHD acknowledged the disparity at hand and, commendably, opted to reinstate my client's sponsorship license in an exceptional display of discernment. This decision brings relief to over 70 skilled migrants and their families, whose livelihoods and futures were at stake. The joy evident in my client's voice upon receiving the good news was truly priceless. This victory not only secures the future of existing workers but also opens avenues to recruit talented individuals from abroad.
