Leading to Change offers a range of leadership development programmes, opportunities and support for health, social care and social work leaders to help you to make a difference. Your development is personal to you and so we work hard to bring a range of quality, relevant and accessible development offers to cater for a wide range of leadership development needs. We’ve pulled out four key areas of development: Coaching & Mentoring, Events, Programmes and Resources (including blogs, podcasts and videos). Leading with kindness and inclusion and working collaboratively with people is the key to a more thriving and resilient workforce and lets us focus on what really matters – the people we care for and who use our services. We also have an app- a tool to help you explore how you can live your potential, whatever your level or role.
