The UK’s largest mortgage criteria search system for intermediaries.
About us
With over 140,000 individual pieces of criteria, all updated in real time from over 280 lenders, Knowledge Bank is the only criteria system to cover 7 lending areas: Residential, Buy to Let, Second Charge, Equity Release, Self-Build, Bridging & Commercial, making us the largest database of mortgage lending criteria held anywhere in the UK. Using a mortgage sourcing system will allow you to see which products are available for your clients. However, the product alone is only half the information you require when searching for the best outcome to suit your client’s needs. The sourcing results will not show you whether a lender will accept the case based on your client’s criteria. Knowledge Bank saves you time researching and contacting lenders from your sourcing results and enables you to provide the best possible outcomes for your clients on every case, all while securing the compliance of your files. The criteria held on our system is like having your own personal BDM from over 280 lenders which is available on demand, 24 hours a day. Knowledge Bank is fully compliance approved, providing you with a customisable ‘Evidence of Research’ document for each search. This is vital for when it has not been possible to select the lowest rate for your clients due to the lenders stance on your client’s circumstances. Along with other features such as a dedicated, up-to-date lender service levels area, accurate lender SVR rate tables and quick access to lender Affordability Calculators, Knowledge Bank also offers over 40 hours of annual CPD through our range of CPD accredited Webinars. All this and more for £19.99+VAT per month, or £199.99+VAT per annum. Please contact us on info@knowledgebank.uk for bespoke team pricing of 5+ licences. Team Plans also include Key Management Information for sales and compliance managers.

🎄Celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas – With a Twist!🎄 Over the last 12 days, we’ve been running our 12 Days of Christmas campaign with a special focus on charities. These incredible organisations have been making a real difference to the lives of our brokers and lenders and within their communities. Each one was nominated by you. We are so grateful for that. Thank you for your support and for helping us shine a light on their amazing work. Christmas is a time for family, friends, sharing gifts, enjoying great food, and creating cherished memories. For many of us, it’s a season of togetherness and joy. But sadly, we know that this isn’t the case for everyone. Some families face empty seats where loved ones once sat. Others struggle to put food on the table. Far too many people have no place to call home. These are just some of the challenges the charities in our campaign work tirelessly to address. As we reflect on the holiday season, let’s take a moment to appreciate their efforts and consider how we might support them. Whether it’s through donations, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, every small action can make a difference. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas filled with joy, kindness, and giving. 🎅✨ #12DaysOfChristmas #CharitySupport #MortgageCommunity #12DaysOfGiving

🎄12 Days of Christmas – Day 10🎄 Today, we’re highlighting Help for Heroes, a charity that supports veterans, service personnel and their families. At Help for Heroes, they passionately believe that every member of our Armed Forces community should have the opportunity to live well after service. There are many challenges that can make transitioning from the military to civilian life tough. That's why Help for Heroes provides veterans with carefully tailored and holistic support for their physical and mental health, along with their welfare and social needs. They're here for anyone who’s served in our military. No matter where or when they served, or how long for. Whether they served in a conflict or not. When life gets tough for a veteran, it can affect those around them. That's why they also support families. And Help for Heroes help those who served under UK Command, such as civilians who worked as translators during the war in Afghanistan, and embedded journalists. There are several strands to the support Help for Heroes offer: 🔹Physical healthcare support - Nurses and occupational therapists help ill and injured veterans get the treatment they need. A veteran's injury or illness doesn't need to be related to their time in service 🔹Mental health counselling - A team of mental health professionals who provide support carefully tailored to each veteran or family member who needs them 🔹Financial grants - If a veteran has an injury or illness that’s making life difficult, they can provide grants to pay for home modifications, medical devices or access to care 🔹Sport and social activities - Running a wide range of sporting and social activities across the UK so veterans and families can spend time together, have fun and be active. Their sport sessions are inclusive and adaptive for people of all abilities 🔹Welfare support - Help for veterans and families who are struggling with their finances and living arrangements. This could include helping people work out what benefits they’re entitled to, or helping people apply for the War Pension 🔹Recovery college- Free online courses give people the knowledge and skills to make lasting improvements to key areas of their life. Courses cover topics such as financial well-being, pain management, nutrition, dealing with anger, and how to get a good night's sleep Because Help for Heroes know that families find the transition to civilian life tough, they offer widespread welfare, mental health and social support to families too. If you or someone you know served and you think we can help, get in touch today. You’ve got nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
