Not a very existing photograph (I'm sorry) but a quick update of the JPSE [John Plummer Sustainable Engineering] Ltd 'new' Farringdon Mews project. After been given the go-a-head last week the JPSE ScrewPile Installation Team, led by Lewis Homes, JPSE Site Manager and Sorin Tataru, JPSE Site Supervisor (not forgetting Roman Leca JSPE Installer who did all the heavy lifting!!) installed the 160No ScrewPiles for the 16 new dwellings in Yardley West Midlands over the last 2-days. After many weeks deciding on the colour of cladding for the new Sub Station at Luton the cladding has been installed, scaffolding dismantled and the staircases getting erected with the floor screeding getting laid in the coming days. After discharging planning conditions, the client has formally appointed JPSE (John Plummer Sustainable Engineering) Ltd to build 16 new houses at Yardley in the West Midlands. JPSE will be deisning, fabricating and installing ScrewPiles & beam foundations with insulated steel floor cassettes and the Frame/Floors/ Roof structures made from Light Guage Steel.
