🌟 November event wrap-up 🌟 What a month it’s been. November was packed with incredible events. Harriet McCarroll and Billy Mohan spoke at the PoB Hotels Annual Conference, delivering a deep dive into the modern guest booking journey, backed with exclusive Google insights and data. The session sparked fascinating discussions about how hoteliers can capture guests during the many ‘micro-moments’ that influence booking decisions. The Irish Spa Association Winter Networking Event, held at the beautiful The K Club, Kildare, and the UK Spa Association Autumn Event at the stunning Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa, offered exceptional hospitality and inspiring keynotes. We loved hearing Amy Bates share why inclusivity is vital for the future of spas and gaining valuable guidance on gut and health strategies from Stephanie Moore and Thomas Coleman. We also had the pleasure of attending the HIT Scotland Highland Dinner at Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness as well as the London Lunch at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.
