It's been a fairly explosive start to the year for my business with some great instructions and many sales being agreed. I have some incredible clients who I just love working with, and the continued support as well as recommendations continue to blow me away, so thank you, everyone! When you run your own business and you're building your reputation you have to put the hours in and you will often find me on my laptop at 7am in the morning and late into the evening working on various parts of my business but I wouldn't change it for the world. I love my job and working with people. I've been asked frequently how the market is performing and I would say so far for 2024 that confidence has significantly improved, however, buyers are taking more time and viewing more properties before making offers. The market has definitely stabilised with improved mortgage rates and, hopefully, this will continue to get even better later into the year.
