  • It doesn't take 6 months to hire an exec well, if it does, something is broken that needs fixing and the thing that is broken lives way before you went to market. We just completed a double search campaign for a CEO & CPO for a Climate Tech customer in Amsterdam and we want to share how it went and what we learned. It was completed in 10 weeks and we went way deeper than just brief taking & execution. Key steps: ✅ Validating the thing you think you need against the outcomes you need to achieve next as an organisation is truly where you set the whole thing up for success ✅ Align the entire hiring group on what the value of the hire is, what they are expected to achieve and what we are looking for when assessing the person. ✅ Research, making sure the thing you are going to be searching for actually exists in the volumes required to get it.
