    Yesterday morning I attended the EP Business in Hospitality and AlixPartners Foodservice Growth Event at RIBA in London. It's always such an insightful and inspirational event as well as a great opportunity to network. I was so proud to see no fewer than 10 IndiCater clients in the room, among an amazing group of foodservice providers! 😊 It was also great to catch up with friends at Opsyte and Kanpla. Technology was mentioned numerous times on stage throughout the morning, with caterers emphasising the importance of using tech for operational efficiencies, compliance and expertise. Another topic mentioned multiple times was hospitality as a career choice, and the importance of encouraging people to work in the sector - something that was high on the agenda at People 1st, the sector skills council for hospitality, when I worked there before joining IndiCater 11 years ago. It was so clear to the see the passion for the sector among the speakers yesterday, as well as the incredible and exciting opportunities the sector offers to its employees. At IndiCater, we see our role as helping foodservice businesses make the necessary efficiencies, access their data to enable smarter decision-making, tackling compliance, and do everything you'd expect a tech company to do. But really, our goal is to make it easier for people to love what they do.
