🌟 Uzbuđena sam što mogu podijeliti ovo postignuće! 🌟 S ponosom objavljujem da sam uspješno završila Facilitations Pathway program za vođenje Value-Driven Leadership Learning Programa u Pepco, u saradnji sa Impact International. Ovo putovanje je bilo izuzetno vrijedno iskustvo, i zahvalna sam na prilici da učim, rastem i doprinesem razvoju liderstva vođenog vrijednostima. Veliko hvala sjajnom timu, posebno voditeljici projekta Neringa i Rebecca Shaw iz Impacta, te svima koji su me podržavali na ovom putu. Zajedno činimo razliku i stvaramo značajan utjecaj! Idemo u nove izazove i nastavak rasta u 2025. godini! 🎉 🌟 I’m excited to share this achievement! 🌟 I am proud to announce that I have successfully completed the Facilitations Pathway program to lead the Value-Driven Leadership Learning Program at Pepco, in collaboration with Impact International. This journey has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of values-driven leadership. A big thank you to the amazing team, especially to the project leader Neringa and Rebecca Shaw from Impact, as well as everyone who supported me along the way. Together, we are making a difference and creating meaningful impact! Here’s to new challenges and continued growth in 2025! 🎉

With one year coming to a close and another on the horizon today was all about Cumbria Tourism Board members and observers coming together to take stock and plan ahead on behalf of members and our destination. We could not have wished for a more inspiring venue Kelsick Grammar, Ambleside, home to Impact . Cumbria Tourism Board members give up their time freely to support our businesses and economy. Their enthusiasm, expertise and support is invaluable and we are indebted to them. Thank you to Visit England’s Nicola Said for joining the day too. This program, was designed around Orica's five leadership traits and reaffirms their commitment to key priority areas of Safety, DEI, Sustainability, and Revenue. Currently the program has been delivered to over 1,000 participants in 7 languages.   Together with Orica, we were proud recipients of a gold Brandon Hall Group award for this program in the Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders category in 2024.🏆 This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the outstanding collaboration and dedication of our entire client service team.   Thank you to Greg, Lena, Trudy, and Anna for your innovation, passion, and teamwork.
