Days like today remind me why I love retail. Our Team in Camden had the privilege of hosting the CEO of the IGD, Sarah Bradbury and some of her fabulous team. They wanted to immerse themselves in the heart of retail at one of our busiest times of the year to gain insight into ways they could continue to help industries and work more collaboratively. More importantly they just wanted to “lend a hand” to the store team and help to serve our customers. * Helping to sign up new customers to our More Card loyalty scheme, * Running our checkouts both main bank and self scan, * Jumping on to serve at our busy kiosk, * Replenishing our shelves, * Experiencing our busy multi channel online operation. Phew that sounded exhausting just listing those tasks but they did a fantastic job 👍🏾👌🏾👌🏾 The store team led by Patrick Kemeh Kimberley Williams @jimmy laing did a brilliant job looking after them and showing them the ropes 👏🏾👏🏾 We couldn’t be more proud of our team🤗🤗 To top it off our very own CEO Rami Baitiéh popped in to meet the team and couldn’t resist supporting on checkouts too 🤩 All in all a brilliant day Sarah Bradbury Matthew Stoughton-Harris Sarah Haynes Graham McLean @joan o connor Toby Pickard thank you for being great “New Members of the team” PS - If you ever want a change in career we await with open arms 😜🤣 Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄🌲🤶🎅🏾🌲🎄 Tim Leach Matt Hill Jodie Keating Stuart Kempster
