🌤️ Lab budgets for 2025 might be tight, but a recent survey from Instrument Business Outlook provides reason for optimism in the lab software industry. With the support of The Science Advisory Board, IBO asked 191 labs across the US about their spending plans for 2025. Results of the survey revealed: ✅ New software purchases are anticipated to be less impacted than instrument and equipment purchases, with only 19% delayed or cancelled in 2024. ✅ Compared with instrument and equipment purchases, software purchases that were delayed or cancelled in 2024 are more likely to be completed in 2025 as indicated by 60% of respondents.
