Our client Megan has been busy with Christmas crafts this month, crocheting and knitting with her local activity group (Yarners), including knitting the sleigh for the festive Mayfield Post Box decoration. We’re sure you’ll agree that the post box looks fantastic and very festive…well done to all involved!

The full title is: Case management for acquired brain injury: a systematic review of the evidence base and the full article has been published with open access This work has been an important step in identifying the current available evidence for the use of case management in supporting survivors of ABI. With the holiday season approaching, we turn our thoughts to families and in particular reflect on the issues faced by families of people who are survivors of brain injury. Delaney, one of our Senior Brain Injury Case Managers, has taken the time to share her insights about the research conducted by Dr. Mark Holloway & Ross Tasker titled 'The Experiences of Relatives of People with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) of the Condition and Associated Social and Health Care Services.' As a Senior Case Manager, Delaney is deeply involved in comprehensive case management, advocacy, and systems navigation for her clients. She works closely and collaboratively with her clients and their teams to ensure that client-centered care and support are always the main focus. She also serves as our Safeguarding Lead, ensuring that full support is provided to colleagues, along with advice and guidance in managing active safeguarding concerns.
