👥 Investing in Outstanding Customer Service 🌟 On Wednesday, 11th December, the team had the opportunity to attend one of two customer service training sessions at our HPMS Glasgow office, delivered by the fantastic external trainer, Gary Bedingfield. The sessions brought together colleagues from property factoring and other customer-facing roles in our Glasgow office, representing a mix of experience levels. Gary’s training provided a fresh perspective on customer service, equipping attendees with practical techniques and useful tips to enhance the exceptional service we provide to our valued clients. The sessions also gave everyone a chance to reflect, refresh, and build on their existing skills while sharing insights with one another. 🎄Another year, Another Christmas Jumper Day at HPMS! 🎄                         HPMS took part again in 'Christmas Jumper Day; in aid of Save the Children International where staff got into the Christmas spirit by wearing their favourite festive jumpers. The event featured a HPMS panel that judged the entries for the best Christmas jumper, with the winner being our fabulous Gina at our Glasgow office👏🏻. In addition to the fun and friendly competition, our collective efforts and donations raised an impressive total of £325.62 for the charity. Save the Children is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children worldwide, providing essential services like healthcare, education, and protection from harm. This initiative not only brought the team together in a festive spirit but also highlighted our continuous commitment to making a positive impact in the community. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to this worthy cause! As the glitter settles and the jumpers are tucked away for another year, we’re already looking forward to what Christmas Jumper Day 2025 will bring. Will Gina defend her title?
