Over the past 12 months GSC Grays have grown significantly in our geographical presence, the services we offer, and the number of staff employed to support an increasing client portfolio.
In 2024, our clients have faced considerable challenges, including tightened margins due to reduced direct support, rising costs, poor harvests and low market prices. We acknowledge the difficulties of the past year and extend our thanks to every member of the GSC Grays team for their contributions to our client’s businesses, our company and the wider industry.
2024 Highlights:

Sustainability Initiatives: Progressed towards net-zero goals by becoming "Investors in the Environment" and introducing an electric car scheme to address our largest source of carbon emissions.
Technology Investment: Introduced laser measuring devices and Landstack software to facilitate increasing commercial demand.
Development: Adopted a new apprenticeship scheme in our Kirkby Lonsdale office, complementing our established graduate programme.
Upskilling: Expanded regional expertise in on-farm planning and the energy sector through staff training and development.
As we enter a new year, GSC Grays would like to wish our clients and connections all the best for a prosperous 2025.
