I am a new year resolutions kind of guy, I like the reset and I like the idea of it all being improvable. So here our my 3 new year resolutions 1. Righteous Real World relationships, if people don’t want to meet in person , they probably don’t align with my values or how my experience can help them. 2. Don’t believe the Hype, although the media are happy peddling some anti DEI agenda , I don’t have any clients who are less likely to want to reduce their pay gap, increase retention or develop cultures that help them increase productivity. So our DNA wont change – we will aim to offer a thoughtful choice of the usual and unusual suspects and measure retention, placement rates and feedback relentlessly. 3. Don’t sweat the small stuff . The last couple of years have been tough for people, maybe even more so for those who are responsible for leading others. I wont sweat the small stuff , I will use my judgement much better to balance purpose, impact and reputation and let the better managers manage the people.
