Really impressed with the results from our first Scoops 👀 study. It was a closed study to targeted Independent Travel Experts users of the Felloh | B Corp™ dashboard. Clicking the "Create Insights" button crunched the data in less than 2 minutes and generated 8 insights for us, along with quotes and the stats behind each one. What were the benefits? ⏱️ Saved time on the synthesis phase of qual research 🙉 My own bias was removed 🥳 Users gave constructive and positive feedback! Most importantly, as with any data automation, the Scoops tool will allow me to make actionable decisions quicker. To start with, I'll be taking a closer look at our date selector to improve the UX for our customers.
