We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is highly organised and efficient at multitasking to join the Fraher and Findlay office team as cover role for our STUDIO COORDINATOR. Company: Fraher & Findlay Job title: Studio Coordinator Salary: £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience. Job Type: Maternity Cover, 30-40 hours per week - Fixed Term 1 year, Office based. Location: London Sector: Design, Architecture, Construction, Office Management Start date: Early July 2024 (applicants being reviewed immediately) About this role: The individual will be office-based and responsible for all day to day management of our Architecture studio space and parts of our joinery workshop. This role requires someone who has an interest in design and construction, has excellent attention to detail, energy, enthusiasm and a calm manner. The ability to prioritise and adapt to changes to your daily schedule is essential for this role. The candidate must also have the ability to think multidimensionally. Duties to include, but not be limited to; - Office duties - Overall responsibility for physical office environment - Responsibility for office supplies - Equipment and IT management - Keeping business records - Staff management - Marketing tasks - Ad Hoc tasks for company Directors. Desired characteristics and skills: - Upbeat and friendly attitude, able to get along with all personalities and take charge when necessary - Flexible and able to easily adapt to changing situations and priorities - Proactive and intuitive / keen to take control and ownership of tasks - Comfortable managing up; transparent and communicative though discreet when needed. - Previous relevant experience in a similar role - Knowledge of Tech and IT systems is a bonus - Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Website editing ideal. - Willingness to use new software/solutions.
