Chris Hill is joining The Payments Association tomorrow for a webinar on 'Exploding Myths on APP Fraud and Understanding Where We Are'. With the new rules from the PSR requiring PSPs to reimburse customers who have been scammed arriving in October 2024, The Payments Association has undertaken a survey to discover what Payment Service Providers (PSPs) think may be their impact, and to consider what the rules may mean for investment, innovation, employment and competition. Chris Hill, Kate Fitzgerald and David Parker will discuss the results of this survey and how PSPs are reacting to the rules, as well as what the PSR thinks we should do in light of the findings. Last week we hosted our annual upReach Insight Day and had the opportunity to host nine upReach students for the day at our offices.    upReach is an organisation dedicated to enhancing social mobility and providing opportunities and support for undergraduates to sustain top graduate roles.   Our partnership with upReach has been in place since 2021, with 11 current dedicated Fox Williams team members serving as mentors to upReach students.
