WestCountry Foodservice, part of the Kitwave Group, has just launched their new website and native mobile apps for online ordering, all powered by Ordertools. It’s a natural next step in our long partnership with Kitwave, who trust us as a key partner to support their digital transformation. It's been a great effort by the WestCountry team who have onboarded hundreds of customers to their new online services, with amazing feedback. We’re also excited to be working with them on new projects, including the development of Ordertools Voicemail AI, set to launch in 2025, a feature which will automatically process voicemail orders into their ERP.
