Laura Contin from European Specialist Sports Nutrition Alliance focussed on sports and active nutrition, discussing how to navigate the policy, political and regulatory landscape. On Day 2, Mohammed Hamoud, Ph.D. from the Culinary Arts Commission, وزارة الثقافة Ministry of Culture built on his lunchtime address on day 1 by hosting a roundtable that delved further into the International Food Atlas.
