  • G4S optimises #fieldservice operations with FLS VISITOUR. Dynamic scheduling enhances operational efficiency for more than 200 field-based #maintenance and #installation technicians. The G4S team manages a mix of installation appointments and SLA response-based maintenance tasks to be performed at customer sites, 365 days a year. Designing schedules with critical accuracy, FLS VISITOUR embeds routing based on actual time-of-day driving speeds for each of the eight million road junctions in the UK; operating in real-time with new routes calculated to accommodate delays, changes or new jobs, within seconds.
