This holiday season, we are thrilled to celebrate a remarkable achievement in our Pass It On Project: we have now gifted 20 million subscriptions to women in need around the world! At Flo, we recognize that female health education is vital for empowering women and girls. Unfortunately, many women globally still lack access to safe and trustworthy health information, which significantly affects their health and overall well-being. Our Pass It On Project aims to bridge this gap by providing free Flo Premium subscriptions to women in countries where access to health education is limited. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters who have made this milestone possible. Together, we are fostering a future where every woman has the knowledge and resources she needs to advocate for her health. See more about our Pass it on Project here: https://lnkd.in/gUSCc9a5

Using data from over 16,000 participants, the team uncovered intriguing connections between menstrual cycles, sex drive, and physical symptoms. This research opens the door to a better understanding of the links between cycles and human behavior. Congratulations to Flo’s Science team and all collaborators! Hot flashes and what else? We hear about hot flashes. But what about brain fog, insomnia, mood changes... Our easy-to-remember acronym HEAT highlights some of the other key symptoms (of many) that we can look out for. Remember the acronym, and you'll remember a range of key symptoms that might mean you or someone you love is experiencing perimenopause. Whatever your age, getting clued up on what to expect means you'll feel more confident about your support options. Want to start a HEAT wave with us? Share this infographic to help people everywhere navigate perimenopause with confidence.

The signs are going unnoticed. We want to paint a clearer picture of perimenopause — one that highlights some of the many other symptoms that can be experienced beyond hot flashes alone. In a recent survey of Flo members*, more than half said they don't feel adequately informed about perimenopause. We're working to change how the world views this natural process, so those of us experiencing symptoms can get the support we deserve. *A survey of 1,779 US women 35–54 years old, 2024.

Nobody saw our billboards 💔 And we're not surprised. In a recent survey of Flo members, more than half said they don’t feel adequately informed about perimenopause, its potential symptoms, or its effects on their health.* Like so much of female health, perimenopause and menopause are chronically under-researched, misunderstood, and commonly misrepresented in media and society. This can leave us with symptoms we're not ready for, not to mention a lack of answers and support. With this campaign, we hope to raise awareness of a wider range of perimenopause symptoms — the signs we feel but don’t always see. Painting a more accurate picture of this experience is the first step towards changing how the world views — and tracks — perimenopause. *A survey of 1,779 US women 35–54 years old, 2024.
