We're a bit late to the party, but that's (almost) a wrap on 2024. 🎁 And what a year it's been here at Flex Legal. From the incredibly exciting launch of our brand new Social Mobility Fund, to being listed in the Chambers & Partners ALSP guide, it's been a sensational year full of exploring new ground and working harder than ever on our mission to make the legal industry more inclusive, diverse and accessible for all. Alongside some undeniably exceptional milestones, the team at Flex HQ are without a doubt the real stars of the show. From our one-of-a-kind Tech Team, to our magical Client Services Squad, every person who works behind the scenes at Flex Legal is committed to providing opportunities that enhance careers and change lives. A festive hello from all of us at Flex Legal! 🥳 The other week, the Flex HQ team gathered in London for a day full of holiday cheer and celebration. We kicked things off with a lively Christmas quiz in our office, followed by a delicious meal at The Alchemist, and ended the day with some friendly competition at crazy golf. It was a fun way to relax, connect, and get into the festive spirit. 2024 has been a landmark year for Flex Legal. Earlier this year, we settled into our new office, a larger space that has brought us closer together as a team. We’ve also welcomed many new joiners, launched Flex Cosec to expand our support for legal teams, released the highly anticipated 2025 Future Lawyers Report, and introduced a fund to support socially mobile trainees, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity in the legal profession.
