Every year, new alerts and features are added to our phones without forward planning or communication, which can present more dangers to anyone in a domestic abuse relationship. The latest iOS feature, Live Voicemail, creates an AI-generated transcript of any voicemail left on your phone, which will now display on your notification screen for anyone to see. If you would like to turn this feature off on your iPhone, please follow the steps below: 👉 Go to Settings 👉Select Apps 👉 Click on Phone 👉 Scroll down to Live Voicemail 👉 Toggle the switch to off (it will turn from green to grey) We will also be taking additional steps to ensure discretion and clear transcription of our voicemails.
