I recently completed a Team Dynamics evaluation and workshop for a client in the energy sector. The team is amazing, they achieve extraordinary things through an extremely high level of commitment (88%) to doing an excellent job, they collaborate well together (84%) in almost completely virtual working environment and have a clear vision (79%) of what they want to achieve and why.
