I recently completed a Team Dynamics evaluation and workshop for a client in the energy sector. The team is amazing, they achieve extraordinary things through an extremely high level of commitment (88%) to doing an excellent job, they collaborate well together (84%) in almost completely virtual working environment and have a clear vision (79%) of what they want to achieve and why. Yet they are held back by a lack of planning (68%) brought about by constant firefighting and an absence of clear defined processes (59%) as the technology evolves around them. Often they are not clear who makes the decisions (67%) They are now more cogniscent of their strengths and areas to focus on when they get the time!
