This week, we had the pleasure of traveling to the eoa Annual Conference at the Telford International Centre, where we joined an inspiring community of over 864 individuals from 300+ businesses. Over two vibrant days, we immersed ourselves in insightful discussions and shared experiences about the journey into becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The event offered a valuable opportunity to reflect on how far we've come in our own transition to an #EOT, while also gaining fresh perspectives, exchanging knowledge, forging meaningful connections, and enjoying the dynamic atmosphere that brought everyone together. Thank you to Javier Bajer, our first keynote speaker who shared a new perspective on defining purpose. 'Culture is what your people talk about at any given time, not what you choose or want it to be' Kevin McGoldrick and Ebba Mowatt from Voicentric Ltd for an engaging open discussion on Being an Effective Employee Trustee. We look forward to defining our own mission statement. Jonathan Winchester from insight6 talking all things Customer Experience. We will be visualising PMMFS, Please Make Me Feel Special, during all of our customer interactions.
