It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at ELG as we took part in Christmas Jumper Day to raise money for Save the Children and organised a Christmas Bake off! We also learned what makes a great residential masterplan as part of a masterplanning workshop, courtesy of Nicola Voase from QAD Architects. Thank you again for coming in and for judging our Christmas Bake Off! Congratulations to our star baker Joanne!

Great to see the EV charging hub at Cannock now open, which sits alongside the Starbucks drive thru' unit we secured permission for last year 👏 🚗 ⚡ ☕ #ev #drivethru #planning
We are excited to announce the launch of our new EV Charging Hub at Cannock Road in Hednesford, north of Wolverhampton. The 4 bay ultra-rapid charging hub is sat next to a Starbucks drive-thru, making it the perfect opportunity for EV drivers to recharge their vehicle and grab a coffee. This is the first of our sites working with Metalcraft Projects Ltd, with several more in construction, including a 26-bay flagship hub in Birmingham. Celebrating the opening of the site, Ben Brickwood, Project Development Manager, said “Our EV Hub at Cannock Road is a great example of the type of convenient charging experience we want to provide our users. We’re excited at the planned roll out we have coming for the rest of this year and into 2025.” This hub is just another of our ever-growing network of hubs across the UK and Ireland as we aim to deliver 300 in the next 5 years as part of our newly announced joint venture, Source. #DecarbonisingTransport #electricvehicles #ev #Source
