Out and about this morning visiting one of our recent installations carried out on behalf of RE:GEN this week. We received a call from the customer with concerns about temperatures in the property due to the recent cold weather. We took the time to understand the customers concerns and after some small alterations we were able to demonstrate the changes, the results and put their mind at rest. It was great to hear first hand that the customer was very happy with the installation and the service provided by all of the delivery team involved. Retrofitting into occupied properties can be difficult at the best of times, never mind when the temperatures outside are below zero. We are please to say that the system is performing well even in challenging conditions which is always one of the concerns we hear from consumers prior to install. Having installed hundreds of Heat Pumps, one thing we have come to realise is that the aftercare and ongoing support is equally as important as the installation itself if we are to succeed in making Heat Pumps the preferred choice within the UK.

This one is a full heat pump retrofit in County Durham which we are incredibly proud to have deliver in conjunction with Re:Gen Green. The weather today has given us a good chance to test the real time performance.

Energist Solutions are Extreamly proud to be selected as a delivery partner to Deliver Homes For Net Zero on behalf of Eon and Energy Systems Catapult. Homes for Net Zero is a research programme funded by the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). The programme aims to improve the evidence base for the Department, helping it to better understand the options for homeowners to transition to a home that is compatible with Net Zero policy ambitions, while providing consumers with appealing and viable options for doing so. This property was selected to have a central heating upgrade, Loft Insulation, Boiler Service, Power Flush, System optimisation and TADO SMART Controls and monitoring installed.
