We are committed to service excellence and building a stronger Network. On the 2nd of October, we held our annual conference at The Grand Hotel in Birmingham, marking one year of Eleven. It was a fantastic opportunity to introduce our new leadership team and share our vision for the future. We were also fortunate to have Derek Redman join us, whose powerful story of resilience left us all inspired and motivated.   A big thank you to all our ARs who attended and made the day and evening so memorable. Last week, twelve members of the Eleven team attended the Insurance Institute of Manchester annual dinner at the glamorous Kimpton Clocktower Hotel. As well as enjoying a three-course meal and some incredible entertainment, they got to be part of an event that raised funds and awareness for Reuben's Retreat, a charity that supports families dealing with the loss of a child or has a child living with medical complexities.
