Another GRP structure built and out the door this week⚡ This platform stands at 2.5m high and will be used to access a ferric dosing bund. Every single element of this structure (minus the bolts!) is fabricated from GRP. This makes the platform lightweight and easier to assemble on site. GRP also does not rot or rust - making it the ideal material for corrosive environments such as this one.

High level walkways and stairs supplied to a new £100 million metro depot and control centre in Wales. This is to provide roof level access to a new fleet of metro tram-trains. Elemy supplied a full design package including structural calculations and 3D models and fabricated the handrails, 3 no. 35m long twin walkways, access stairs and gates, and boxing ring gates.

This week we are celebrating two years at our Warrenby site 🎉 From an empty scrapyard to a fully operational fabrication site producing GRP structures and GRP and galvanised mesh gratings, it's been a busy few years! We've made tons of improvements since 2022, with groundworks, fully refurbished offices and a host of new machinery and equipment. We're not done yet though... watch this space 👀
